College Alliance
Metro Tech students may earn from 3 to 44 hours of college credit through cooperative agreements with the Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education, Oklahoma Department of Career and Technology Education and area two-year colleges.
- Career Clusters, What are they benefits of Career Clusters?
- Provide a plan for all students regardless of their interests and abilities, talents, or desired levels of education. All clusters have equal dignity.
- Provide all students with areas of focus, along with flexibility in a variety of ideas to pursue as they make decisions regarding course selections.
- Allow students to see any relevance in their selective school courses. Thus, students are more apt to do better in school.
- Help parents and other adults provide better assistance to students as they discuss careers and selected courses.
