Section 504 Accommodations
Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (Section 504) provides rights to accommodations for qualified individuals with disabilities of all ages within the educational environment. In order to receive these accommodations, qualifying conditions must be met and an official 504 Plan must be agreed upon between the individual and the district.
