Project Management

The sessions provide key insights and understanding of Project Management phases and activities that encompass the identification and understanding of requirements to developing and executing a high priority project. The training will describe how to build and implement a project plant to ensure successful completion within project goals and baseline. It will also focus on how to establish a successful project team and avoid planning pitfalls, miscommunication and risks inherent in a high-priority project effort.
