The Aerospace Maintenance Foundations program prepares high school students for an exciting career in aviation maintenance. Students will take coursework towards the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Aviation Maintenance Technician (AMT) certification. Students will learn to perform maintenance, preventative maintenance and alterations of aircraft and aircraft systems. Additionally, they will receive instruction over unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) and be prepared to take the test to obtain a Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate.
