Metro Tech Foundation Names New Executive Director

The Metro Tech Foundation Board of Directors has announced Matthew Wade as its new executive director.

With more than a decade of nonprofit leadership and fundraising expertise, Wade has held key development roles at the YMCA of Greater Oklahoma City, the Oklahoma City Ballet, and the Arts Council of Oklahoma City.

“Mr. Wade’s experience as a nonprofit leader and fundraising professional will be invaluable as we advance the Foundation’s mission to support Metro Tech students and programs,” said Eboni Rhodes, Board President of the Metro Tech Foundation. “His proven ability to build strong donor relationships and champion philanthropy aligns perfectly with our vision for growth.”

Wade obtained his Master of Public Administration in Nonprofit & Urban Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Central Oklahoma. He is also the founder of Progress Consulting, where he assists nonprofits in developing sustainable fundraising programs.

“I am most looking forward to expanding opportunities for Metro Tech students, growing the Foundation’s impact, and deepening relationships with supporters and the community,” Wade said.
