Metro Tech Senior Director Accepted into Baldrige Fellowship Program

The Baldrige Performance Excellence Program has announced Dr. Kayleen Wichert, Metro Tech Senior Director of Instructional Quality & Workforce Engagement, as an executive member of the 2025 Baldrige Executive Fellows Program. Throughout the program, Dr. Wichert will have the unique opportunity to visit and learn from world-class U.S. organizations.

The competitively selected fellows gain one-on-one access to Baldrige award recipients and nationally recognized role-model organizations in business and other sectors. With 150 executives completing the program since 2010, it is a proven platform for senior leaders to achieve strategic and operational excellence and stimulate innovation.
