Mass Casualty Exercise

Metro Technology Centers held its annual Mass Casualty Exercise on Thursday, March 9th, 2023, at the Springlake Campus, 1900 Springlake Dr., in partnership with various community agencies, including first responder units and military personnel. Approximately 500 individuals made up of emergency personnel, volunteers and Metro Tech students participated in the event.

Black History Month Festival

Metro Technology Centers will be holding a Black History Month Festival on Thursday, February 16th inside their District Conference Center located on the Springlake Campus at 1900 Springlake Drive. The event is titled “Black History Rooted in Oklahoma", and it will feature various local Black-owned businesses showcasing their products and services.

Students Co-Produce Short Film

Students in various programs at Metro Technology Centers recently got the opportunity to co-produce and collaborate on a short film alongside Digital Cinema program alumni and local film industry enthusiasts and professionals.

Auto Service Technology Teacher, Donminic Goosby

Donminic Goosby enrolled in the Automotive Service program at Metro Technology Centers in 2007 and shortly after completing the program, attended Pro-Tech Automotive Technology.

INTEGRIS Health Southwest and Metro Tech Partnership

More Than $29K Raised for Metro Tech Foundation

OKLAHOMA CITY – On Friday, the Seventh Annual Dennis Portis III Memorial Golf Tournament at the Lincoln Park Golf-West Course raised more than $29,000 in funds for the Metro Tech Foundation and the Dr. Dennis L. Portis, III Memorial Scholarship.

Collaborative Group for H.B Foster Center Approval
