What is deadCenter University?
It is free program offered to 80 high school students each June during the deadCenter Film Festival. The students will learn the the basic principles of filmmaking demonstrated through interactive sessions while meeting industry professionals, networking with other and enjoy a week of great films and panels.

Receive an "All Access" film festival pass to watch remarkable independent films and attend exclusive filmmaker events
Who can apply:
High school students grades 9-12 (minimum age 15).
(Including high school seniors who graduated same year.)

With the development of Film Row and the growth of industry needs for filmmaking, deadCenter and Metro Tech partnered to fill a niche in Oklahoma. Metro Tech's film and video program was the perfect fit to deadCenter's desire to educate budding artists while learning from the very best professionals in the film industry. Metro Tech's film and video program is taught by instructor, Harrison Wolohon who leads deadCenter University programming.
