• Process: Certificates will be mailed to the address listed on your graduation application.

• Action Required: If your address has changed, or if you do not receive your certificate in the mail, please contact Student Services.

• Requirement: All loan recipients must complete a loan exit interview. This interview is mandated by the U.S. Department of Education.
• Consequence: Failure to complete this interview will result in withholding of transcripts and certificates.

• Action Required: Check for any outstanding balances and clear them to remove holds on your account. Holds can prevent the release of transcripts and affect job applications.
