Course Description
Meditation: Simple Guidance

Take a couple hours out of your day for a little self-care. Join us for a guided meditation using essential oils. Learn basic meditation techniques, physical and emotional benefits, as well as the time and place to fit meditation into your day and long term health benefits. Leave feeling a new sense of self and more relaxed. Chairs will be available but feel free to bring a blanket or yoga mat to lie down, if you choose.
