Pre-Engineering Academy

Students in this major will study pre-engineering through the rigorous Project-Lead-the-Way (PLTW) curriculum that will provide students hands on projects and experiences. In addition, students will complete advanced math and science courses. Students who complete this major will have been exposed to a diverse curriculum that will better equip them to choose a major at the college/university level. Students will also have the strong math and science foundation needed to be prepared to enter a college/university program in a pre-engineering related field.

NOTE: Students will take the required PLTW courses. They will then take a combination of elective PLTW courses, math and sciences as determined by course availability to complete the remaining 480 hours for 2- year students, or 960 hours for 3-year students.
