Welcome to Metro Tech!

Welcome to Metro Technology Centers and the start of the fall semester!

As a reminder, classes start Monday, Aug. 8. We hope you’re as excited as we are to kick off this new year! This is the beginning of your #MT4Life story. Thank you for taking the first step towards building a successful career.

We want to ensure we are communicating with you in a timely, efficient manner throughout the year. Here are a few things to keep in mind. Metro Tech utilizes School Messenger to deliver text messages straight to your mobile phone with important information about events, school closings and safety alerts.

Please send “Y” or “Yes” to 67587 to opt in to this service.

Also did you know Metro Tech has a new app? We would love for you to download it on your phone via the App Store or Google Play. You can find important dates, our academic calendar, news, student features and more!

In addition, we want to make the first day of classes as smooth as possible. Attached are two maps to help you navigate which building to go to by campus and program.

Springlake in Northeast Oklahoma City

South Bryant in Southeast Oklahoma City

Hopefully, this helps you better understand which building to go to on your respective campus.

Also for High Schools Students:
We realize Metro Tech starts school before your high school does. So, you may have a few questions about transportation and how that works. You should have received information about where and when the bus will pick you up and drop you off. As a reminder, all morning students will be picked up from their neighborhood bus stop and dropped off at either your current high school or the high school closest to your home. It’s your choice. Afternoon students will be picked up from current high school and will return after class to their neighborhood bus stop.

If you have a question about your bus route, please do not hesitate to contact Terry at 405-595-4856 or Crystal at 405-595-4843.

If you need any help especially over these next few weeks, please reach out to one of our counselors.
